These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Gongfu Pinke Factory (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the customer. By placing an order or requesting a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- General Information
We are a professional OEM/ODM custom bag manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China. Our products are made-to-order based on client specifications. - Custom Orders & Quotations
· Design & Artwork: You are responsible for providing clear design files and specifications. We will send a digital mockup for approval before sample production.
· Quotation: All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to changes in material costs.
- Sampling Process
· Sampling Time: Production of physical samples typically takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on the design complexity.
· Sample Fee: A sample fee of at least 300 RMB (or equivalent in USD) is charged per project.
· Sample Fee Deduction: The sample fee is fully deductible from the final bulk order invoice if the client proceeds with mass production. However, it is non-refundable if the client does not confirm the bulk order.
· Sample Delivery: The sample will be shipped to the client for approval. The client must approve the sample in writing before mass production begins.
- Order Deposit and Payment Terms
· Deposit: Upon confirmation of the bulk order, a deposit of 30% of the total order amount is required to initiate production.
· Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be cleared before shipment. Goods will not be released until full payment is received.
· Payment Methods:
· For corporate accounts requiring invoices: Bank Transfer (T/T).
· For non-invoiced orders: WeChat, Alipay, or Bank Transfer.
- Production Lead Time
· General Lead Time: Mass production typically takes 15 days or longer, depending on the order quantity, material availability, and complexity.
· Specific Timeline: A precise delivery schedule will be agreed upon with the client during the order confirmation stage.
- Shipping and Logistics
· Domestic Shipping (Guangdong Province): Freight is included in the unit price for bulk orders within Guangdong.
· Domestic Shipping (Other Provinces): Freight costs are calculated based on actual logistics rates and will be shared between both parties as per the quotation.
· International Shipping: International orders do not include freight. Shipping costs (Sea/Air) will be quoted separately during the negotiation.
· Packaging: Products are packed in standard export cartons with a protective inner layer (10-30 pieces per bag, then packed into cartons). Cartons will be labeled with Shipping Marks (including quantity, product name, and carton dimensions).
- Quality Inspection and Acceptance
· Inspection Period: Clients are encouraged to inspect the goods upon receipt within 7 days.
· Defects & Spare Stock: We typically produce a small surplus (1-2% extra) as spare parts to handle potential defects. This surplus is included in the total cost.
· Quality Commitment: If there are any issues regarding product quality, craftsmanship defects, or quantity shortage, we are fully responsible and will provide a solution (replacement or refund) within a reasonable time.
- After-Sales Service
We value our long-term relationship with clients. We will periodically check in with you via WeChat to inquire about your satisfaction and product usage. We are committed to providing support for quality issues within a reasonable period after delivery. - Cancellation and Refund Policy
· Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun (after sample approval and deposit payment).
· Refunds: Refunds are only applicable if we fail to meet the agreed specifications or if there are severe quality defects.
- Intellectual Property
· We reserve the right to use the produced bags and designs as portfolio samples unless a non-disclosure or non-publicity agreement is signed.
· The client retains ownership of the original designs submitted.
- Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or global pandemics. - Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. - Contact Information
