Thought I’d share a little moment from our workshop today.
It’s March 8th, International Women’s Day. We decided to do something small for our team. I have to admit—it came with a tiny bit of regret. Some of our female team members are on their off days or different shifts, so they couldn’t be with us. We really missed having the whole family here today.
But here’s the unexpected part. We set up a little celebration right at our worktable—just a cake, some sodas, and a few spontaneous cheers—with absolutely no prior notice. The surprise totally caught our on-site team off guard.
You should have seen their faces. The joy and smiles were completely genuine. Those are the real faces behind every custom bag we ship to our global clients. Our female workers handle the sewing machines, inspect every stitch, and ensure your bags are finished with care.
Even though we felt a bit sorry for our absent sisters, seeing the happiness on the faces of our present team reminded us why we do this. It’s these small, unplanned, and genuine moments that make our factory feel like more than just a workplace—it feels like a family.
